Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
Flour AP 200 gr
Cacao powder 30 gr
Butter 120 gr
Dark chocolate 100 gr
Milk chocolate 100 gr
Powder sugar 100 gr
Brown sugar 120 gr
Eggs 135 gr
Baking powder 4 gr
Salt 2 gr
Chocolate chips
Process:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix flour, cacao powder, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Melt butter, dark and milk chocolate.
4. Whip eggs, powder sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
5. Slowly add melted butter and chocolates in whipped eggs, mix carefully.
6. Add step 2 and mix.
7. Put the dough in a pastry bag and pipe cookies onto a baking tray with paper. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
8. Bake for 12 minutes.
