About Me

'Do it with passion, or not at all' 

​

 Since I was a kid, I was watching my grandma and my mom running a small family pastry shop while I was playing ‘cooking’ with my toys on their kitchen. When I was 12, I strongly decided to make my childhood dream come true.
  I love to create food that has a story. Most of the dishes I came up with have backgrounds, memories or feelings that I wanted to perpetuate into them.
 This profession is the love and passion of my life. I aspire to become a chef, and open a place where I can serve my food through my vision of it as well as applying new techniques.
