White bread with chilli flakes

Ingredients:

Flour AP 1.1 kg

Water 650 gr

Fresh yeast 27 gr

White sugar 10 gr

Olive oil 25 gr

Salt 15 gr

Chilli flakes 10 gr

Flour for dusting 20 gr

Process:

1. Mix lukewarm water with yeast, sugar and oil until sugar is dissolved. Leave for 20 minutes for yeast to activate.
2. Start slowly adding flour, chilli flakes and salt. Knead until it forms non-sticky dough. It will tak
e around 7-10 minutes.
3. Leave the dough to prove for an hour. 
4. Knead the dough again for 3-5 minutes and shape the bread.
5. Leave aside for another 20 minutes. 
6. Heat the oven to 205 degrees with a pot filled with water on the bottom to create moisture. Bake the bread for 15 minutes.
7. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, take out pot with water and bake for 20 more minutes.
